MaPa MISCELLANEOUS HIGH PRESSURE CLEANERS

Miscellaneous High Pressure Cleaners are units that are used for a specific application, namely: Free Engine Builds, high pressure trailer units, high pressure units for poultry farms, valet dryers, swingbooms, etc.

FREE ENGINE BUILDS

Free Engine Builds are pre-built pump combinations, suitable for either solid or hollow shafted electric motors, or petrol or diesel engines.

These combinations include:

• Three Cylinder Ceramic Piston Brass Head Pump.
• Unloader Valve with By-pass Hose & Fittings.
• Glycerine filled Pressure Gauge.
• Intake Water Strainer with Hose Couplings.
• Quality 10m Blue R2 High Pressure Hose with Couplings.
• High Pressure Gun with Stainless steel Split Lance & Nozzle.
• Suitable reduction gearbox where applicable.

When ordering you will need to specify:

• The water pressure & flow you require or the kW or Horsepower of your electric motor or engine.
• The type of electric motor - hollow shaft or solid shaft - on the speed or RPM, and the shaft size.
• The same would apply for a petrol or diesel engine.
• Ensure the motor or engine has a suitable mounting face for the pump or gearbox.
• Choose a slower revving pump when sucking water from a reservoir tank.

MISTING & DUST SUPPRESSION UNITS

MaPa Cleaning Technologies have built systems for misting in nurseries, odour reduction in refuse areas, cooling in broiler houses and dust suppression in above and underground mining applications.  Apart from our standard range of Quiky-HU Misting Motorpumps, we manufacture a range of specialised units to suit various applications, including dust suppression. Flows on these units range from 1 l/min to upwards of 120 l/min.  Control panels are designed and built to customer requirements.

• Triple Pump Quiky Misting System.
• Quality brasshead pump with safety valve and solenoid for line pressure release.
• Adequate water filtration for misting nozzle protection.

TRAILER MOUNTED HIGH PRESSURE CLEANERS

MaPa trailer mounted high pressure cleaners are available in 500 litre & 1000 litre tank format with either single or double axle, braked or unbraked specification.  All our trailers are registered, roadworthy, high speed units and are supplied standard with a spare wheel.  Numerous pump & electric motor, petrol or diesel engine combinations are available with pressure specifications varying from 100 bar to 500 bar.  Trailers can be customised to suit specific requirements with options such as manual, retractable or hydraulically driven hose reels, accessory boxes, parking jacks or other such items.

• Robust single & double axle units with a choice of 500 & 1000 litre transport type polyethelyne tanks.
• High Pressure pumps are robust gearbox driven units with ceramic pistons & brass heads on the smaller combinations.

SPECIAL BUILD EQUIPMENT HIGH PRESSURE CLEANERS

Well built trolley mounted high pressure cleaners with heavy duty three cylinder ceramic piston brass head pumps.  Units are fitted standard with direct online starters, unloader valve, pressure gauge & water intake filter. 

Optional foaming lances, rotary lances and sandblast lances are available.

We have a full range of pumps & pump motor combinations to suit almost any application, including high and low pressure hoses, guns and lances.  Items such as hose reels, foodgrade high & low pressure hose, foamers and low pressure wash down guns are also available.
